The valve stem sticking out from this wheel would normally indicate that this is a pneumatic tire with an air filled inner tube, but that is not the case with this wheel! PaceSaver injects a foam solution into the inner tube to convert this into a solid, foam filled, flat free caster wheel. Weighing in at 7
