This is an excellent condition M1 Garand rigid leather scabbard by Boyt Harness Company. The scabbard is clearly marked with a nice deep and crisp US, BOYT and 42 (1942) stamp. This example is in excellent condition, with the leather being supple and pliable, and retaining much of its original rich russet color. The stitching is complete, all rivets present, leather final cap intact, and roughly 90% of the original
