Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse bearing a central depiction of St. George slaying a dragon, the reverse bearing a central Cyrillic monogram of St. George ( SG), the six oclock arm bearing a grade of 4 (IV CLASS), the three and nine oclock arms bearing an award number of 311678, measures 34. 1 mm (w) x 40. 8 mm (h), weighs 11. 3 grams, minor wear and contact marks, missing ribbon, very
