In silver gilt, maltese cross in blue and white enamel, each of the arms finished with two ball finials, Serbian double eagles with shields in each corner, obverse oval centerpiece shows St. Sava wearing red robes surrounded by inscription in blue enamel, reverse oval centerpiece shows crowned monogram of Milan I of Serbia within blue enameled outer circlet decorated with golden laurel wreath, inclusive of
