This is a fascinating piece of WWII history. This bronze plaque was more than likely made by a foundry in Couvin, Belgium, who was known to have created brass plaques to commemorate the siege of Bastogne during the famous Battle of the Bulge. It is in very good condition with only minor scratches on it. It measures approximately 5 x 5 . The basic design features two military figures towering above a view of Bastogne.
