A Waffen-Ss Mess Hall Bowl, By Victoria consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac tarnished silver and cracked white(Waffen SS Kantine Schssel). Constructed of glazed white porcelain, the obverse taking the form of a deep and plain bowl, the base stamped WAFFEN SS and VICTORIA, the latter indicating manufacture by the eponymous Czechoslovakian porcelain firm appropriated by the SS, measuring 22 cm (w) x 10 cm (h), demonstrating minor discolouration and surface scratching but free of evident chips or cracks, in extremely fine condition.
