This is an exceptionally rare set of British Made Silver Airborne jump wings with a pin back fastener. The reverse is stamped with J. R. GAUNT LONDON on the inside of the parachute. During WWII U. S. forces were stationed in Britain for some time prior to the D Day invasion, and as such local businesses started to supply items, as it was much easier than having them shipped from the U. S. The wings have a lovely pin
