Hungary, People’s Republic. An Order of the Flag of the Hungarian People’s Republic, I Class with Rubies visually-hidden marked "D22" on the reverse(A Magyar Npkztrsasg Zszlrendjnek). Instituted 1956. (1956 1991 issue). Constructed of a gilded silver alloy with multi coloured enamels, obverse consisting of a multi pointed starburst with ribbed and pebbled rays, bearing a central circular laurel wreath featuring 10 small rubies, surrounding a Hungarian national flag, the reverse with four visible blasted rivets securing the obverse insignia in position, with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback
