Worn for formal events and parades, this is an excellent, near mint, condition midnight blue wool hat with three bands of gold braid trim indicating the rank of Lieutenant. Features a patent leather visor and chinstrap. Complete black silk lining with Japanese Kanji characters. The cap comes in its original cardboard box which has a wonderful label to the outside and the original tissue paper in the interior. Hat
