This is a very nice condition Silver Grade General Assault Badge with Hollow Back and functional pin. The badge measures approximately 2 1 8" x 1 5 8", and is made from stamped zinc alloy, common later in the war. It still has much of the silvering present on the eagle in the center, as well as on the left side wreath, while the rest has oxidized or worn off.
