This is a great example of a German SS Totenkopf Skull insignia in a seldom seen variation. The skull is on a trapezoidal shaped piece of cloth, stitched in the famous Bevo style. The skull measures 37mm x 30mm, and the style of folding over on the reverse side as well as the stitching is correct for the period. This example shows evidence of stitching along the ends, confirming this as a removed piece, almost
