Often referred to as a "poor man's" ebony, this is a dark, very striking wood. The color is brown with irregular dark brown and black streaking. Ziricote is the most dramatic member of the Cordia genus, which grows in Central and tropical South America. It it also the heaviest, most dense wood we carry. Combined with glass bulbs hand blown in
