Domaine Siret-Courtaud Quincy Blanc, 2024 12pk Terra AltaThis wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc but shows us a different side of classic Loire Valley whites with ripe fresh citrus and less "flinty" notes. While the soils in Sancerre are typically chalk, limestone, and silex, Quincy has sandy surface soils with deeper limestone soils below. We love this wine paired with white anchovies and really good olive oil or fresh herb salads and grilled chicken.
