This is an excellent condition helmet in size large

which we have left intact to preserve the lovely "frontier worn" type look

The original factory grind is still present throughout the fine blade

but unfortunately due to the script in which it was written

They were used much like the modern mil-dot reticle with each intersecting line and opening representing a known value of size

This could denote service in the 377th Parachute Field Artillery Battalion, 463rd Parachute Field Artillery Battalion, 81st Airborne Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion, or even possibly the 321st or 907th
