Grown in clay and limestone infused with pebbles, this wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, large oak barrels, and bottles. A long cuvaison of 40 50 days and no filtering creates a distinctly unique and complex taste. Pair with grilled spicy sausages and whipped fresh ricotta with honey.
