Harvested while ripe and dried on mats

with some of that base wine recieving old oak ageing before secondary fermentation

green pepper and beer foam

and absolutely nothing is added to their eau de vie on bottling except water

Sem Igual Vinho Verde 2021 Vietnam Bloomer Creek works with twoRoughly 70% Arinto and 30% Azal, grown on sandy granite soils. The wine is directly pressed off the skins and fermented and aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on the fine lees for roughly 18 months, before aging further in bottle until they feel its ready for release.
