Asadh Krishna3, Samvat 1990, saka 1855), 9 a. m. at Delhi India in a well reputed scholarly, respected and religious family. He retired as senior administrative officer from the officer of the comptroller and Auditor general of India in June 1991. Since his early life he was engaged in social activities. In 1994 he was honoured by very old social
