Due to the challenges of the 2021 vintage, the domaine was unable to harvest several of these parcels, and therefore will not be bottling a 2021 "Raisins Gaulois" this year. However, they were able to isolate a smaller quantity of high quality grapes from two parcels within the AOP Beaujolais (that would normally go into the Raisins
