He sits happily inside a hand felted coastal wreath with deep blue waves and soft sandy tones, complete with a rope hanger. Every detail is carefully needle felted in my garden studio from his gentle expression and perky ears to the textured waves. The wreath base is made by needle felting wool directly onto
