The grapes were handpicked at the beginning of October, destemmed and go into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. After pressing and maloactic, the wine was moved into large 2000L neutral wooden casks and aged for twelve months prior to bottling. It's what you'd want in a basic Blaufrnkisch:
